Description:
The University set up a construction policy for Facilities renovation and new building. The policy indicates the following major rules • Smart Building is encouraged in design • Green vendors • Green Products • Renewable energy usage policy • Natural ventilation • Full natural day-lighting and green building element to increase energy efficiency in the building. For example, the University renovated Buildings (building no 5,6,9, and 12, building E,F, I and V in map below) using the above policy. The renovation includes natural ventilation, LED lighting, Water savings faucet, Smart building (automatic door & finger print)
