“โครงสร้างจากความทรงจำ” การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานจิตรกรรมโดยได้แรงบันดาลใจจากอาคารสถาปัตยกรรมเก่าที่มีอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร

การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานจิตรกรรม เรื่อง “โครงสร้างจากความทรงจำ” เป็นการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานจิตรกรรมโดยได้แรงบันดาลใจจากอาคารสถาปัตยกรรมเก่าที่มีอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานครนั้นเป็นจังหวัดที่เป็นเมืองหลวงของประเทศไทยมายาวนาน เป็นศูนย์รวมวัฒนธรรมจากทั้งต่างจังหวัดและต่างประเทศมารวมอยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก อาจด้วยเพราะว่าเป็นเมืองหลวงและใกล้ต่อศูนย์กลางการติดต่อและการค้าต่างๆกับต่างชาติมาตั้งแต่สมัยก่อน จึงทำให้ความเจริญที่ได้รับมาจากที่ต่างๆ มักจะเริ่มจากกรุงเทพมหานครซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางของประเทศไทยก่อนจังหวัดอื่น

                การเจริญเติบโตทางเทคโนโลยีและวัฒนธรรมต่างๆของกรุงเทพมหานครในปัจจุบันนั้นเติบโตได้อย่างรวดเร็วมาก ทำให้รูปแบบทางด้านอาคารสถาปัตยกรรมต่างๆมีค่อนข้างหลากหลาย ตามการใช้งานในแต่ละจุดประสงค์ ตลอดจนความเจริญต่างๆของเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่จึงทำให้กรุงเทพมหานครนั้นมีอาคารสถาปัตยกรรมทั้งเก่าและใหม่อยู่รวมกันในสังคมอยู่ตลอด แม้ว่าจะมีอาคารเก่าหลายที่ๆได้ทำลายทิ้งไป แต่ก็ยังมีหลายที่ที่ได้รับการอนุรักษ์ไว้อย่างดี ทั้งที่เป็นสถานที่สำคัญ อาคารราชการ อาคารพาณิชย์ที่มีผู้คนอยู่อาศัยและทำมาหากินในสถานที่นั้น หรืออาคารบ้านเรือน โดยบางทีผู้คนในสังคมอาจจะไม่ได้สังเกตุว่ารอบตัวนั้นรายล้อมด้วยอาคารสถาปัตยกรรมเก่าอันสวยงามเหล่านี้อยู่จำนวนมาก    ผลงานจิตรกรรมที่สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นได้นำเสนอความงามจากอาคารสถาปัตยกรรมในยุคเก่าที่มีอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งเกิดจากความทรงจำที่มีต่อกรุงเทพมหานครของข้าพเจ้าตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน อาคารต่างๆเหล่านี้สามารถพบเห็นได้ในชีวิตประจำวันในทุกๆวัน อันเป็นโครงสร้างที่สะท้อนความสวยงามทั้งทางสภาพแวดล้อมและจิตใจของผู้คนในอดีตที่ยังหลงเหลือมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน เป็นความงามที่แทรกอยู่ในสังคมเมืองอันวุ่นวายและเร่งรีบเหล่านี้

The creation of the art painting, “Structure from the memory” was inspired by the old-time architectural buildings in Bangkok. Bangkok is the capital city of Thailand which consists of various traditional culture from both upcountry and foreign countries for a very long period of time. The city has been the country’s economics as well as cultural epicenter for more than hundred years. Its prosperity had emanated into other provinces.         

                Rapid growth in technology and culture in Bangkok in the present time have had influences on the styles of architecture, hereby making them more distinct from the old-time architectures. Depending on the objectives of the building, the progress of the modern technology has helped Bangkok to combine both old and new architectures. Although there are many old buildings that have been destroyed, others that still exist are highly preserved in the form of landmarks, governmental headquarters and commercial buildings that civilians still make a living in. In fact, people in the society might not notice that they are vastly surrounded by the beauty of the old architectures.

                Therefore, the objective of this research is to develop art paintings to represent the attractiveness of the architecture from the old age that resided in Bangkok from time to time. It is hope that this artistic contraptions will help the audience to see the beauty inherent in these kinds of architecture ; it is the beauty that is hiding in the busy and rush urban life.
