การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์และกราฟิกบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ด้วยกระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรด

                                                                     

ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาถึงกระบวนการและวิธีการนำกระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรดมาใช้ในการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายให้ชาวบ้านสามารถผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์ไว้ใช้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนได้เองโดยไม่ต้องพึ่งพาระบบอุตสาหกรรม โดยใช้ตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบคือ ผ้าขาวม้า ของกลุ่มอนุรักษ์ผ้าฝ้ายทอมือ ตราละอู จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จากการศึกษาพบว่า รูปแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์และกราฟิกบนบรรจุภัณฑ์จะต้องมีความชัดเจน และสามารถทำตามได้ง่าย มีโครงสร้างที่ไม่ซับซ้อน และสามารถพิมพ์รายละเอียดต่างๆ ที่สำคัญลงบนบรรจุภัณฑ์กระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรดได้ด้วยการพิมพ์จากแม่พิมพ์ตะแกรงไหม (Silkscreen)

คำนำ
งานศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับกระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรดในปัจจุบัน ส่วนใหญ่พบว่าเป็นการศึกษาด้านคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพและคุณภาพเชิงกลของกระดาษ ส่วนงานศึกษาทางด้านการใช้กระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรดเพื่องานออกแบบเรขศิลป์นั้นยังมีจำนวนน้อย คณะผู้วิจัยจึงมีความสนใจในการนำองค์ความรู้ด้านเรขศิลป์เข้ามาปรับใช้เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการนำกระดาษชนิดนี้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในลักษณะอื่นๆ ประกอบกับต้องการนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการวิจัยไปพัฒนาต่อยังกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกร ให้สามารถผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์ในลักษณะนี้ไว้ใช้สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนของแต่ละกลุ่มได้เอง เพื่อเพิ่มคุณค่าแก่สินค้าและลดต้นทุนการจ้างผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ชุมชนสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองและนำไปสู่การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนที่ยั่งยืนได้
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย
คณะผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนที่ตรงตามเกณฑ์การศึกษา โดยพบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าขาวม้าทอมือของกลุ่มอนุรักษ์ผ้าฝ้ายทอมือ ตราละอู ต.ห้วยสัตว์ใหญ่ จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เป็นแหล่งผลิตสินค้าผ้าทอมือที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กันกับแหล่งผลิตกระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรดคือ กลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรรมร่วมใจพัฒนา หมู่ 6 จากนั้นเมื่อได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวอย่าง จึงดำเนินการรวบรวมตัวอย่างบรรจุภัณฑ์ผ้าขาวม้าจำนวน 30 แบบด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (Convenience Sampling) โดยนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับทฤษฏีทางการออกแบบ และนำมาสร้างแบบสอบถาม โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญและกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยว จากนั้นจึงมีการทดสอบเครื่องมือและได้นำไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญคัดเลือกวิธีการที่เหมาะสม เมื่อได้ข้อมูลมาจึงนำข้อมูลนั้นมาสังเคราะห์ จนสามารถนำมาสู่การสร้างบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้นแบบสำหรับผ้าขาวม้า
ผลการวิจัย
สำหรับผลการวิจัยพบว่า การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์โดยใช้กระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรดนี้ สามารถทำหน้าที่ต่างๆ ตามหลักการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ได้ อาทิ การปกป้องสินค้าจากฝุ่นละออง การสื่อสารให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้า การดึงดูดความสนใจและการลดต้นทุนการผลิต เป็นต้น ในด้านการออกแบบกราฟิกบนบรรจุภัณฑ์นั้น เหมาะสมกับการใช้ภาพประกอบที่มีรายละเอียดน้อยและควรใช้สีไม่เกิน 2 สี รูปแบบตัวอักษรควรมีความหนา ทางด้านเทคนิคการพิมพ์ที่เหมาะสมที่สุดคือ แม่พิมพ์ตะแกรงไหม (Silkscreen)
อภิปรายและสรุปผลการวิจัย
จากการวิจัยจึงนำมาสู่ข้อสรุปได้ว่า กระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรดนั้น สามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทของที่ระลึกของฝาก เช่น ผ้าขาวม้าทอมือ ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยมีการพึ่งพาวัสดุจากภายนอกท้องถิ่นที่น้อยมาก โดยมีลักษณะบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมคือการห่อหรือการพับ และไม่รับน้ำหนักมากเกินไป การออกแบบโครงสร้างบรรจุภัณฑ์ ควรคำนึงถึงความง่ายในการทำตามของกลุ่มชาวบ้าน ไม่ยุ่งยาก ซับซ้อน หรือมีรายละเอียดที่มาก จนทำตามได้ยาก ส่วนการออกแบบกราฟิกบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมคือ การใช้ภาพประกอบที่มีลักษณะตัดทอน ที่ยังสามารถสื่อสารให้เข้าใจได้ง่าย (Pictogram) ใช้ตัวอักษรที่มีความหนาและมีขนาดไม่เล็กจนเกินไป สำหรับเทคนิคทางการพิมพ์ที่เหมาะสม ได้แก่ ระบบแม่พิมพ์ตะแกรงไหม และระบบแม่พิมพ์ตรายาง โดยการเลือกใช้หมึกพิมพ์ควรใช้สีลอยเชื้อน้ำ ซึ่งจะมีความเหมาะสม และสามารถใช้คู่กับกระดาษเส้นใยสับปะรดชนิดปั่นหยาบและปั่นละเอียดได้ ส่วนแม่พิมพ์ตรายางนั้นเหมาะสมกับกระดาษชนิดปั่นละเอียดเท่านั้น

                                                                 

This research has been to study the process and methods of Pineapple’s paper to design and use for packaging to local products on the purpose of leading the community with strong emphasis to produce the packages on their own and do not rely on the industrial system, by sampling the loincloth, the products of the conservative cotton hand-woven group, La-u brand, Prachuapkhirikhan province. According to the study, the research team had reached a decision that the package designed should be clearly defined both in forms and graphic design, easy for the community to do by themselves, not complicated to follow and given all needed information on the package of pineapple’s paper with silk screen.

Introduction
The research about pineapple’s paper in present, mostly studied for physical properties and mechanical quality. To study the use of pineapple’s paper as in graphic design has only a limited number, the researchers have an interest in bringing knowledge in graphic design to solve these problems and also to study the ways to apply the pineapple’s paper in other possibilities to support the economic in community as coordinate benefits to stand by themselves and develop the capacities in between local communities

Methods
The research team had chosen the products and packages in communities to meet the criteria for the study and found that hand-woven loincloth products of the Conservative Cotton Hand-woven group, La-u Brand in Tambol Huaysatyai, Amphor Hua Hin, Prachuapkhirikhan Province have produced hand-woven cotton and nearby community produced pineapple’s paper, which is the group of farmers’ housewives in Moo 6 , named Agriculture Housewives Ruamjaipattana Group. The researchers had collected packaged for loincloth 30 pieces by convenience sampling and analyzed with the theory of design and created the queries to the target groups, which are the experts and tourists, then processed to create the prototype designed packages.

Results
From the research found that pineapple’s papers can support as per the theories of package designs ,such as protect products from dust, give products’ information, look interested in and reduce costs and so on. Graphic design on package suited to illustration with little details and no more than 2 colors used with bold types. Technical printing is suitable with silkscreen.

Discussion and Conclusion
Pineapple papers have been appropriated to be the packages for souvenirs’ products like loincloth as they need less raw materials from outsides. The suitable package is to wrap with not too much weight. To design package should beware to the local people to learn to do by themselves, not difficult to follow. Graphic design on package should use retrenched illustration with pictogram, bold type with suitable sizes, print with silkscreen or rubber printing. The floating water color infection is suitable for both rough spin and fine spin papers, but rubber printing suited only to the fine spin paper.
