ความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ จำแนกตามเพศ กลุ่มคณะ และความถี่ในการใช้บริการเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ จำแนกตามบุคลากรกับนักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังบุคลากร นักศึกษาและประชาชนทั่วไป รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 377 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละร้อย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากร นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป เกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – way Analysis of Variance) โดยการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีของเซฟเฟ่

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ รวม 4 ด้าน ในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับค่อนข้างน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ อยู่ระดับค่อนข้างน้อย โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้คือ ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก รองลงมาคือ ด้านบุคคลากรผู้ให้บริการ ด้านการจัดการในการให้บริการของศูนย์กีฬาส่วนที่อยู่ระดับน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการบริการวิชาการ ตามลำดับ
2. การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับ .05
3. การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ ด้านการจัดการในการให้บริการของศูนย์กีฬา พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับ .05
4. การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬา
มหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ ด้านบุคลากรผู้ให้บริการ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับ .05
5. การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริการศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ ด้านการบริการวิชาการ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were to 1. study the members’ opinions on services of Sport Center at Dhurakijpundit University. 2. compare members’ opinions on services of Sport Center at Dhurakijpundit University according to staff, students and public. 377 samples were studied. Rational- scale questionnaire comprises 36 items to analyze level of opinions difference. The researcher distributed and returned 377 copies of questionnaire which was100 %. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS for mean, standard deviation, One-way Analysis of Variance and average LSD test using the method of Scheffe.
The results of the study were as following
1. The members’ opinions on services of Sport Center at Dhurakijpundit University were overall at relatively low level. The members’ opinions on services of Sport Center at Dhurakijpundit University are at relatively low level for individual aspects. The highest are locations, equipments and facilities, the runner-ups are staff and management, and the least is academic service, respectively.
2. It was found from comparing standard deviation analysis of members’ opinions on services of Sport Center at Dhurakijpundit University according to staff, students and public that locations, equipments and facilities are not significantly different at.05 level.
3. It was found from comparing standard deviation analysis of members’ opinions on services of Sport Center at Dhurakijpundit University according to staff, students and public that the management of the Sport Center services is not significantly different at.05 level.
4. It was found from comparing standard deviation analysis of members’ opinions on services of Sport Center at Dhurakijpundit University according to staff, students and public that the staffs of the Sport Center are not significantly different
at .05 level.
5. It was found from comparing standard deviation analysis of members’ opinions on services of Sport Center at Dhurakijpundit University according to staff, students and public that the academic service of the Sport Center is not significantly different at .05 level.
