นโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษานโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬา เกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ และ เพื่อหาแนวทางในการวางแผนส่งเสริมพัฒนากีฬาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ของมหาวิทยาลัย ฯ ผู้วิจัยได้กลุ่มประชากรทั้งหมด 456 คนและ ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มประชากรทั้งหมด 456 ชุด ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง ได้รับกลับคืนมาทั้งหมด 456 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – way Analysis of Variance) หากพบความแตกต่างจะทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. นโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬา ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน
1. 1 ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์
เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย พบว่าความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย ในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ คือ ด้านนโยบายของการพัฒนากีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ รองลงมาคือ ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่การดำเนินงานด้านการกีฬา เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ส่วนอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนากีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ และ ด้านความร่วมมือดำเนินงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ตามลำดับ
2.1 ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์
เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ของผู้ฝึกสอน พบว่าความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของ
มหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ของผู้ฝึกสอน ในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง เมื่อ

พิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ คือด้านนโยบายของการพัฒนากีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนากีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่การดำเนินงานด้านการกีฬา เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ และด้านความร่วมมือดำเนินงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ตามลำดับ
3. 1 ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์
เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ของนักกีฬา พบว่าความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ของนักกีฬา ในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ คือด้านนโยบายของการพัฒนากีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศด้านความร่วมมือดำเนินงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนากีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ และด้านบทบาทหน้าที่การดำเนินงานด้านการกีฬา เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ตามลำดับ
2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬา เกี่ยวกับ
นโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ
2.1. การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากร

2.2. การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬา เกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศด้านบทบาทหน้าที่การดำเนินงานด้านการกีฬา เพื่อความเป็นเลิศพบว่าความคิดเห็นของของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬา เกี่ยวกับนโยบายและโครงการพัฒนากีฬาของมหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่การดำเนินงานด้านการกีฬา เพื่อความเป็นเลิศไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับ .05
2.3. การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย

The purpose of this research is to study the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University by using the comparison between university’s staff, trainers and athletes about the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University in order to make a plan for the excellence projects. The 456 questionnaires were distributed to a group of population by the researchers, and 456 questionnaires were returned which is 100% of the distributed questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using an instant program calculating for percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance by examining the pair-differentiation follows from Scheffe’s method.
The results of research are as following:
1. Opinion about the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit
University from university’s staff, trainers, and athletes which is including of 4 aspects;
1.1 The opinion from university’s staff about the policy and sport development projects
for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University states that staffs mostly agree with the policy. While considering in each aspects, most of the opinions are in the mostly agree level, excluding the cooperation with other departments aspect which is in the agree level. The aspects which are in the mostly agree level arranging from the most to less is the policy for sport development for an excellence, the role and duty of the sport management for an excellence, and the sport management and development for an excellence.
1.2 The opinion from trainers about the policy and sport development projects for an
excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University states that trainers mostly agree with the policy. While considering in each aspects, the opinion of all aspects are in the mostly agree level; the policy for sport development for an excellence, the sport management and development for an excellence, the role and duty of the sport management for an excellence, and the cooperation with other departments accordingly. 
1.3 The opinion from athletes about the policy and sport development projects for an
excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University states that athletes mostly agree with the policy. While considering in each aspects, the opinion of all aspects are in the mostly agree level; the policy for sport development for an excellence, the cooperation with other departments, the sport management and development for an excellence, and the role and duty of the sport management for an excellence accordingly.
2. The opinion comparison between university’s staff, trainers, and athletes about the policy and
sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University.
2.1 The deviation analysis comparing the opinion of university’s staff, trainers, and
athletes about the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University in the policy for sport development for an excellence aspect shows that the opinion university’s staff, trainers, and athletes about the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University in the policy for sport development for an excellence aspect is not different with the statistically significance at level .05.
2.2 The deviation analysis comparing the opinion of university’s staff, trainers, and
athletes about the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University in the role and duty of the sport management for an excellence aspect shows that the opinion university’s staff, trainers, and athletes about the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University in the role and duty of the sport management for an excellence aspect is not different with the statistically significance at level .05.
2.3 The deviation analysis comparing the opinion of university’s staff, trainers, and
athletes about the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University in the sport management and development for an excellence aspect shows that the opinion university’s staff, trainers, and athletes about the policy and sport development projects for an excellence of Dhurakij Pundit University in the sport management and development for an excellence aspect is not different with the statistically significance at level .05.
