การศึกษาอัตมโนทัศน์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์

การศึกษาเรื่อง การศึกษาอัตมโนทัศน์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา(Descriptive Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษา คือ 1).เพื่อศึกษาอัตมโนทัศน์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ 2).เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ 3).เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ 4).เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอัตมโนทัศน์ระหว่างนักศึกษาในแต่ละระดับของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน
เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2549 จำนวน 1,166 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอ้างอิง ได้แก่ สถิติไคว์สแควร์(Chi-Square)เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านและใช้สัมประสิทธิ์คราเมอร์วี (Cramer’s V) เพื่อหาระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้าน และ F-test เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านของนักศึกษาในแต่ละระดับของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อัตมโนทัศน์ทั้ง 5 ด้านของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยอัตมโนทัศน์ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคืออัตมโนทัศน์ด้านลักษณะทางกาย และจากการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์นั้น พบว่า อัตมโนทัศน์ทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านลักษณะทางกาย ด้านความสามารถของตนเอง ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ด้านจิตใจ และด้านวิชาการ นั้นมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน
เมื่อเปรียบเทียบอัตมโนทัศน์ด้านวิชาการ ด้านความสามารถของตนเอง และด้านลักษณะทางกาย ระหว่างนักศึกษาในแต่ละระดับของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนพบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนอัตมโนทัศน์ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและอัตมโนทัศน์ด้านจิตใจของนักศึกษาในแต่ละระดับของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนนั้นไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
ส่วนในการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านนั้น พบว่า ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตมโนทัศน์ด้านลักษณะทางกาย ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตมโนทัศน์ด้านความสามารถของตนเอง ยกเว้นลักษณะส่วนบุคคลในด้านคณะวิชา และชั้นปีที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตมโนทัศน์ด้านความสามารถของตนเอง
ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตมโนทัศน์ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ด้านจิตใจ และด้านวิชาการ แต่เมื่อพิจารณาจากค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ Cramer’s V ระหว่างอัตมโนทัศน์ในแต่ละด้านกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับอัตมโนทัศน์พบว่ามีค่าไม่สูงมากนัก

 

 

The study of Self-Concept of Dhurakij Pundit University Students was conducted using descriptive research. The objectives of the study are : 1)In order to study self-concept of Dhurakij Pundit University Students. 2) In order to study the relationship between self-concept in each side with academic achievement of Dhurakij Pundit University Students.
3) In order to study the relationship between person characteristic and self-concept of Dhurakij Pundit University Students. 4)In order to compared self-concept between students in each level of academic achievement.
The sample consisted of 1,166 first-year through fouth-year students who were enrolled in the regular four-year undergraduate degree program. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics such as frequencies,percentage, means,and standard deviations. In addition,Chi-square statistics were also used to test hypothesized relationship between self-concept in each side and academic achievement and person characteristic with self-concept in each side. In this study,Cramer’s V coefficients were used to finding relationship’s level in each side and academic achievement, and person characteristic with self-concept in each side, and used F-test in order to compared self-concept in each side of students in each level of academic achievement.
The results indicate that self-concept of all 5 sides of Dhurakij Pundit University Students have mean on medium. The highest mean of self-concept is physical characteristic side. Based on hypothesis testing, the results show that the relationship between self-concept in each side with academic achievement of Dhurakij Pundit University Students indicate that physical characteristic side,self ability side , the relationship between person side, mind side and technique side have relationship with academic achievement. And when compered the self-concept on technique side,ability side and physical characteristic side between the students in each level of academic achievement , the results are significant but self-concept on the side of relationship between person and mind side not significant.
In the element of analyzing the relationship between person characteristic with self-concept in each side find that person characteristic has relationship with self-concept on physical characteristic side, person characteristic has relationship with self-concept on self ability side except faculty and student’s class that have no relationship with self ability side,person characteristic has relationship with self-concept on person relationship side,mind side and technique side but when considerated Cramer’s V coefficient between self-concept in each side with academic achievement, and person characteristic with self-concept find that have not high value.
