ทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมการใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวเรือนของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

งานวิจัยเรื่อง “ทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมการใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวเรือนของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร” ครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ( Survey Research ) โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บ ข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 1,000 ตัวอย่างจาก 50 เขตในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสำรวจข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมการใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวเรือน และความรู้ความ เข้าใจของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการไฟฟ้า และการคิดค่าไฟฟ้าแบบผันแปร ( Ft ) รวมทั้งเพื่อทราบแนวโน้มของพฤติกรรมการใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวเรือนภายหลังการได้รับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการคิดค่าไฟฟ้าแบบผันแปร ( Ft ) ตลอดจนเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้านสถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ( SES ) ของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวเรือนและการให้บริการไฟฟ้า

The research entitled “A Study of Bangkok Residents’ Attitude and Behavior towards Electricity Usage ” is a survey research using questionnaires as a means of data collection. A total number of 1,000 respondents in 50 Bangkok districts were sampled.
The objectives of the study were to investigate Bangkok residents’ attitude and behavior towards household electricity usage, their attitude towards electricity supply services, and their knowledge and understanding of the Ft automatic adjustment mechanism. In addition, the research attempted to identify trends of household electricity usage of Bangkok residents following their exposure to information about the Ft automatic adjustment mechanism. Finally, the study analyzed relationship between socio-economic statuses of the respondents and their knowledge and understanding of household electricity usage and electricity supply services.
